Harry has recently qualified as a mindfulness instructor through the British Psychological Society approved Mindfulness Now training course. He is therefore, now offering both individual and group mindfulness lessons.
Individual sessions are normally a combination of discussion and the leading of personalised meditation sessions. Often standard meditations can be adapted to meet the needs of clients.
The group programme include twice weekly group meditation sessions focussing on wellbeing, which includes helping with unwanted physical and emotional feelings, as well as one specifically on stress reduction, which is primarily about learning to relax.
These sessions are ideal for participants who simply want to learn mindfulness meditation as well as more seasoned practitioners.
