Breathe helps users to relieve stress by concentrating on their breathing with the aid of cathartic animations.

Focus

Focus provides users with basic training in mindful meditation through guided examples. 


After completing these, the user will be able to unlock longer and scenario-specific guided meditations.

Perspective utilises Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to enable users to deconstruct their thoughts and alter negative patterns to improve their state of mind.
